$50 Competitor Pass
(CMPT) - $35 Crew Pass (CP) for pre-event purchased credentials
only.

Pit Camping space / Weds – Sun Gate entry / Right to practice
and compete

Multiple
CMPT purchased within the same family or group = larger pit /
camping area

A designated
lane at GATE ONE will be assigned for Competitors who
pre-purchased credentials through the IR ticketing dept.,
eliminating the need to park and retrieve. Have photo ID ready;
Credential package will issued w/o leaving the vehicle
-
Any
competitor or person(s) use of IR’s racing surface(s) whether
for practice, schools or competition will be required to
purchase a CMPT. The promoter is responsible to check for CMPT
issued hard card during the registration process. The promoter’s
competitor registration list and waivers will be reconciled to
IR’s CMPT list. If for any reason a Competitor participated w/o
CMPT the Promoter will be responsible for the lost gate revenue.

Crew 12 and
under are free, promoters will provide the minors list and
waivers

For AT THE GATE Weekend Gate Passes
Purchased at Event
$60 CMPT - $40 CP during event weekend. No
one day passes will be sold.

A designated
area for Competitor credential purchase will be available,
however this is a park and procure situation.

Competitors
can purchase Weds – Sunday from 8:00am – 10:00pm at assigned
area (look for signs)

One day competitor attendees are required to purchase CMPT weekend
passes (see above)
Main Gate Rules
-
Absolutely
no parking of RV’s or Trailers in competition areas prior to
8:00am Wednesday May 11, 2011

All
credentials must be issued and presented prior to entering
raceway – NO EXCEPTIONS – NO EXCUSES

Gates open
at 7:00 am - close at 10:00pm no re-entry after 10:00pm

When all
else fails event AT GATE TICKET PRICES will apply
Pit Riding Guidelines
-
PIT BIKE
/OFF ROAD VEHICHLE RIDING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND VEHICLES
WILL BE CONFISACTED FOR THE WEEKEND

Riding from
pit area to staging area is allowed in Vintage MX / Flat Track
in controlled fashion during competition only

No pit
riding is allowed in Supermoto pit / camping area at anytime
throughout event week
-
Hard Cards /
Event passes will be pulled w/o refunds if rules are violated
-
Special
permits will be issued to promoters for support vehicles
-
Promoters
are responsible for enforcement and patrol of their respective
assigned areas - IR will provide roaming security
