"America's First Motocross World Champion", Brad Lackey became the
world champion at
Payerne, Switzerland on August 8, 1982. Not only was he the first
American to win a world championship, he was the first and only American
to secure the 500cc F.I.M. Championship as well. This t-shirt
represents the 25th Anniversary for this accomplishment.

with motorcycles and racing motocross. In 1972, Brad secured the
AMA 500cc National Motocross Championship. In 1982, Brad was the
first American to win a world championship and 500cc F.I.M.
Championship. Although retiring from the pro circuit, Brad became
the AHRMA 40+ Expert
Champion in 2000 racing vintage motocross.
